L’OP rassemble des adhérents qui travaillent sur trois départements: la Loire Atlantique, la Vendée et la Charente-Maritime et exerce ses fonctions sur les bassins Loire, côtiers vendéens et Sèvre niortaise.

In the French Eel Management Plan several management units have been identifed. The members work on the Eel Management Unit Loire, Vendée coastal, Sèvre Niortaise and more particularly on the estuaries of the Loire, La Bay de Bourgneuf, La Vie, Le Lay and Sèvre Niortaise.
